Returns & Refunds:
• Damaged or defective books can be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
• Wrong items shipped will be replaced free of cost.
• Opened books in good condition may be eligible for exchange within 7 days at our discretion.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• COD refunds (if applicable) are issued via bank transfer/UPI after verification.
